When purchasing from our website and paying with credit card, we use an AVS (Address Verification System), The billing address that the bank has on file for your card must EXACTLY match the billing address you enter at checkout or the transaction may be declined. If your payment is successful you will receive a confirmation email for your order and payment.
If you are having problems, please insure your credit card supports AVS and you have the correct billing address information entered, you may need to call the number on the back of your card to confirm this.
On your first order we prefer to only ship to the registered billing address of the Credit card used when checking out. If you choose a different address then what is listed on the Credit card or it is misspelled or has someone else's name, then further verification will be required (you will get a verification email explaining the steps on how to do so) or your order may be cancelled. Please contact us regarding any special circumstances. This is for security reasons to protect you and us due to the high volume of credit card fraud for online sales and to ensure these products are not purchased by anyone under legal age.

Please Note:
If you have tried to checkout and your order does not go through but you see a charge on your card it is because the "authorized" transaction was voided by our payment processor because it has failed the AVS check most likely due to an incorrect billing address entered when trying to checkout.
The charge will disappear after 1-5 business days have passed and your credit card company processes the voided transaction and releases the funds back to you that they are holding.
